Since November 2023, Rohit Kilam has served as the chief technology officer of HDFC Life Insurance, spearheading its largest technology overhaul in a decade through the INSPIRE transformation program. This initiative is rebuilding HDFC Life’s insurance platform, reshaping distribution ecosystems, and integrating AI-driven analytics, automation, and cloud-native architectures to create seamless customer experiences.

Kilam brings over 25 years of global experience across Europe, India, and the Asean. He has held senior technology leadership roles at CMS Info Systems, Aditya Birla Finance, Aditya Birla Money MyUniverse, Adani Enterprises, Wipro Consulting, and TCS. A qualified engineer, he also holds management certifications that support his cross-functional expertise.
