Roshni Nadar Malhotra is Chairperson of HCLTech, one of India’s largest information technology services companies. She became the first woman to lead a listed Indian IT firm when she assumed the role, overseeing strategic direction, governance and long-term growth priorities.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Malhotra serves as Trustee of the Shiv Nadar Foundation, which operates educational institutions and philanthropic initiatives across India. She has played a visible role in strengthening the group’s governance structures and expanding its global engagement footprint.
Malhotra holds an undergraduate degree in Communications from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. She serves on advisory and nonprofit boards, including international conservation and education initiatives.
