Antler, founded in 2017 in Singapore, is a global day-zero venture platform managing more than $1 billion across 27 locations. The firm reports backing over 1,300 startups worldwide through a highly selective funnel of under 0.2% acceptance, producing two unicorns: Airalo and Lovable, alongside exits that have generated strong returns. Its global mandate spans AI, fintech, consumer internet, climate, digital health and deeptech.
India has emerged as a priority market. Antler invested in about 30 startups in 2024 through its maiden $75 million India fund, bringing its domestic portfolio to nearly 80 companies. These deals cut across enterprise SaaS, clean-mobility systems, fintech rails, frontier engineering and digital-consumer platforms. Representative Indian names include Bizup, Meine Electric, Namma Yatri, Keeper and Cautio.
The firm positions itself as an institutional co-founder that starts at the earliest formation stage and scales capital as ventures mature. Its India strategy aims to embed discipline, network effects and structured follow-on support, while channeling global insights into local markets. It continues to build a strong pipeline on the back of tightening sectoral themes around applied AI, sustainable hardware, and category-defining consumer products.
