  • This AI start-up built Jarvis, an AI layer that sits on top of existing CCTV networks and reads footage in real time for identification, anomaly detection, and behavioural tracking. Founded by Sherif Kottapurath, Atul Rai, Anurag Saini and Pankaj Sharma, it develops a video and audio analytics platform for multiple industries.

Jarvis transforms surveillance footage into actionable insights through real-time alerts and centralised monitoring. It offers features such as a dynamic video wall, ticket management, and integration with existing camera systems. The platform serves retail, manufacturing, infrastructure, hospitality, public sector, and smart cities.

Staqu has raised over $2 million and works with nine state police forces as well as commercial clients such as Starbucks, Porsche, and Metro. Jarvis has helped identify more than 40,000 criminals and assisted in cracking 14 terror modules. India did not lack surveillance cameras but lacked systems to make sense of what those cameras were seeing.
