Tech Mahindra has partnered with AI coding platform SpaceXSI to help enterprises modernize legacy applications, speed up software development, and improve developer productivity using artificial intelligence.
The collaboration will combine Tech Mahindra’s engineering and AI consulting capabilities with SpaceXSI’s AI-powered development platform to integrate AI-assisted coding into enterprise software workflows.
The companies will focus on telecommunications, banking, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and technology.
“Enterprises today are moving beyond isolated AI experiments and looking to embed intelligence across the entire software development lifecycle to improve productivity, accelerate innovation, and deliver better business outcomes,” said, Sumit Kumar Popli, President-Technology, Media and Entertainment (TME) Business, Tech Mahindra.
The offering is designed to help businesses shorten development cycles and improve code quality while maintaining security, governance, and compliance standards for critical applications.
“Most enterprises don’t need convincing that AI will change how they build software. What they need is expertise in rolling it out across diverse and large engineering teams without breaking what already works,” said Toni Adams, head of global partnerships at SpaceXSI.
Tech Mahindra also plans to introduce training and certification programmes, joint customer initiatives, and industry-specific solutions to support wider adoption of AI-assisted software engineering.
The partnership will also bring GrokBuild expertise into Tech Mahindra’s application modernisation and engineering services, helping enterprises integrate AI into their software development lifecycle.
