With over 20 years of experience, Tawade specializes in aligning IT with business strategy, driving digital transformation, and implementing large-scale technology solutions across finance, insurance, advertising, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), and manufacturing sectors.

In his earlier role, Tawade led the integration of an online trading platform for Reliance Money, supporting peak volumes of 200,000 trades/day and one million customers. He implemented extensive virtualization of servers and storage, reducing the IT footprint by 60%. He also drove the adoption of cloud computing, mobility, business intelligence, and content management systems to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
