Vinod Bhat is the chief digital officer (CDO) at Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd (TACO), where he leads digital innovation across AI, internet of things, radio frequency identification (RFID), and automation for enhanced manufacturing and supply chain capabilities. He brings more than 30 years of experience in technology strategy and transformation.

Previously, Bhat was chief information officer and chief enterprise architect at Vistara–Tata SIA Airlines, where he played a key role in driving digital governance and innovation.

He holds master’s degrees in Computer Science from the University of Hyderabad and Electronics from the University of Kashmir. Bhat is spearheading TACO’s push toward smart manufacturing excellence.
