MIT Sloan Management Review India on Tuesday announced the launch of the Strategy Shift Forum, a strategic gathering of MIT professors, global AI experts, and business leaders.
With strategic sponsorship from Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, the summit gains added relevance for companies seeking to unify data, strategy, and intelligent technology in one cohesive vision.
The forum will host two high-impact summits—in New Delhi on August 19 and Bangalore on September 25—to equip Indian enterprises and leaders with critical insights into navigating the next wave of AI transformation.
“We believe that navigating disruption requires more than just technology—it demands a shift in strategic thinking. The Strategy Shift Forum, in partnership with Salesforce, aims to bring together the brightest minds in business, technology, and academia to equip leaders to thrive in the AI era. The forum is designed to equip today’s decision-makers with the insight and tools to lead their organizations,” said Ravi Raman, Publisher, MIT Sloan Management Review India.
The summits will provide in-depth, actionable insights into how intelligent systems, particularly agentic and autonomous AI, are transforming industries, leadership, and the future of work.
Over 200 invited senior professionals are expected to join to deliberate on major challenges facing leaders today: How can organizations prepare for a future increasingly shaped by autonomous AI systems? What skills, systems, and strategies are essential to embed AI effectively across the enterprise? How can companies translate AI readiness into lasting competitive leadership?
Powered by the global research and editorial authority of MIT Sloan Management Review and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the forum will provide a uniquely practical and business-first lens on AI deployment, governance, and organizational transformation.
