Global IT services giant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered into a five-year partnership with Vodafone Idea (Vi) to modernize the telecom operator’s business support system (BSS) with an AI-powered, future-ready platform.
The initiative is designed to elevate customer experience by embedding intelligence, automation, and personalization, while also accelerating the rollout of new products and services.
At the core of this transformation are TCS’s flagship platforms, TCS HOBS and TCS TwinX. The former will serve as the digital backbone of Vi’s BSS, enabling agility, stability, and seamless integration across customer touchpoints. Complementing this, TCS TwinX will bring AI/ML-powered intelligence and scenario simulation to improve service responsiveness and deliver more personalized customer interactions.
