  • Graas.ai, a data-for-commerce specialist, has announced the successful completion of a funding round, raising over $9 million. The round was led by Tin Men Capital, with participation from Incred Wealth, Orzon, and existing investors Integra Partners and Yuj Ventures.

The fresh capital will power the expansion of Graas.ai’s Agent Foundry in India. It is a platform for building autonomous agents designed to tackle the pressing challenges in modern commerce, such as rising customer acquisition costs, pricing optimization, margin erosion, and inventory mismanagement.

Unlike traditional AI copilots and dashboards, Agent Foundry focuses on delivering actionable intelligence capable of independently analyzing real-time performance across sales channels, SKUs, and advertising campaigns, and then executing decisions for both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and marketplace brands.

Prem Bhatia, co-founder and CEO of Graas.ai, said, “Commerce doesn’t need another AI copilot or prettier dashboard. It needs agents that actually ‘run’ the play. We’ve spent two years building the data backbone, and now with Agent Foundry, we’re helping brands act on it. This multi-agent framework lets us create bespoke agents solving commerce’s toughest problems. Despite the challenging fundraising climate, we’re grateful our investors share our vision for an agentic world.”

For now, all agents are trained and developed within the Agent Foundry, Graas.ai’s proprietary environment, where domain experts fine-tune agent behavior using real-world workflows, prompt chaining, and comprehensive evaluation suites.

Each agent addresses specific business needs. hoppr functions as an in-house analyst for SKU, GMV, and campaign performance analysis. Cartlyst serves as a B2B order specialist, using advanced optical recognition to process unstructured data such as handwritten lists, voice notes, and WhatsApp messages into structured orders.

Chattr operates as a customer support agent, leveraging natural language processing (NLP) to boost sales conversion. Turbo provides a unified dashboard that integrates sales, advertising, inventory, and operations data. Extract delivers cleaned data directly into Google Sheets or databases for data engineers.

Murli Ravi, managing partner at Tin Men Capital, said, “The end of cheap capital has resulted in brands focusing on sustainable growth without sacrificing margins. We backed Graas because they’ve built the data infrastructure and understand the context engineering required to build enterprise-grade agents for retailers.”

Graas.ai also adheres to stringent data security and compliance protocols, and holds SOC2, GDPR, PDPA, and ISO certifications, ensuring enterprise clients can adopt its solutions with full confidence in data protection and regulatory compliance.
