350,000 sq ft facility will boost AI cloud and digital delivery capacity in North India.
Infosys on Thursday announced the expansion of its Mohali Development Centre, strengthening its presence in North India with a new integrated development campus.
The expansion will add a 350,000-sq. ft facility with capacity for about 3,000 employees, the company said, significantly increasing delivery capacity from the site.
The new campus will support work in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, application development and digital transformation for global clients across sectors such as banking, retail and healthcare.
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann attended the groundbreaking ceremony along with Infosys Chief Financial Officer Jayesh Sanghrajka and other company executives.
“The expansion of Infosys’ Mohali DC strengthens Punjab’s position as an emerging hub for technology and innovation,” Mann said.
