The Operating System for the Agentic Enterprise

Topics

  • KOGO AI is developing what it calls the operating system for the agentic era: a unified, human-controlled interface that enables entire departments, functions, and teams to be managed by intelligent agents.

Founded in 2020 by Raj K. Gopalakrishnan, Praveer Kochhar, and Rohan Verma, the company started exploring AI well before generative models became the main focus in enterprise tech. This early start is reflected in the product’s maturity. KOGO Workspace, its main platform, directly competes with Claude Cowork, Perplexity Computer, and Manus — a bold competitive landscape that highlights the founders’ ambition and the timing of their move.

The company has secured $2.84 million through five funding rounds and provides pre-built agent templates for a variety of enterprise applications. As agentic AI transitions from pilot projects to full-scale deployment within large organizations, the ownership of the interface layer will become critically important. KOGO is positioning itself as a key player for that role.
