Ramesh Narayanaswamy is chief technology officer at Aditya Birla Capital, where he leads tech strategy and digital transformation across the group. With over 25 years of experience, he has driven large-scale initiatives in banking, e-commerce, logistics, and financial services.
At Aditya Birla Capital, he built a unified tech team and strengthened in-house engineering to solve complex business challenges. Previously, he held leadership roles at Citibank, Standard Chartered, Singapore Post, CIMB Bank, and High-Tech Payment Systems.
He holds a dual degree from BITS Pilani and an MBA in Strategy from Nanyang Business School. His career reflects a sharp focus on innovation-led growth and technology-driven change.
