Tech Mahindra Taps Perplexity For AI Sales Push
Tech Mahindra will deploy Perplexity Enterprise Pro across its sales and customer-facing teams to give them faster access to source-backed client and market intelligence.

Tech Mahindra Ltd has partnered with Perplexity AI to give its sales and customer-facing teams access to Perplexity Enterprise Pro, as the Indian IT services company pushes artificial intelligence deeper into client engagement.
The company said the platform will help sales leaders and customer partners track client priorities, sector-specific challenges and emerging business opportunities in real time.
Mohit Joshi, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Tech Mahindra, said the deployment would give teams “trusted, real-time intelligence” to understand customers better and engage with more context.
Perplexity co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Aravind Srinivas said the tool would give Tech Mahindra’s sales teams “fast, source-backed answers when it matters most to clients.”
Tech Mahindra said the partnership is part of its wider effort to use practical AI tools across enterprise workflows, including sales, customer engagement and digital transformation.
Perplexity is an AI answer engine that provides real-time responses backed by sources. Tech Mahindra has more than 147,000 professionals across 90 countries and serves more than 1,100 clients.
