Fireside Ventures was launched in 2015 with a mission to back the wave of new consumer brands emerging in India. Based in Bengaluru, the firm specializes in seed‑stage investments across retail, consumer products, and food and agri‑tech. Its team combines brand‑building expertise with venture investing to help founders create household names.
In 2025 the fund led a Series B round for women’s fashion brand NEWME alongside Accel and Point72 Ventures. Fireside’s portfolio includes three unicorns, one public listing and a dozen acquisitions, with Cult.fit, Licious and NestAway among its breakout hits. By providing marketing and distribution support in addition to capital, it has become a go‑to backer for consumer‑brand founders.
Managing about $300 million, Fireside operates with a 33‑person team, including seven partners. It has participated in over 130 funding rounds and often partners with other consumer‑focused investors such as Kanwaljit Singh. The firm’s hands‑on approach has made it a catalyst for India’s consumer‑brand revolution.
