Mohit Kapoor is the group chief technology officer at Mahindra Group, driving digital transformation across its diverse businesses by deploying emerging technologies and building customer-first digital platforms. He joined Mahindra in 2020 after a successful stint at DBS Bank, where he set up the Asia Hub in Hyderabad and led innovation in AI, cloud, and data.
With over three decades of global experience, Kapoor has held senior leadership roles including CTO of Bank of America’s Global Business Services and CIO at MphasiS. An electronics engineer by training, he also holds advanced management credentials from Cornell and Georgia Tech. At Mahindra, he has championed the use of AI and analytics across the Group, enhanced stakeholder experience, and currently chairs the AI and Digital Tech Committee at FICCI.
Kapoor also serves on the World Economic Forum’s AI for India-2030 council. His work continues to influence India’s digital ecosystem by combining enterprise agility with transformative technologies.
