Jamshyd Khajotia is Managing Director, global payments post processing technology at HSBC MENA, where he leads strategy and execution across wholesale and payments platforms.

With more than 20 years at HSBC, he has held roles including managing director for global payments post processing tech and head of engineering for wholesale tech. He has driven modernization efforts across global payments infrastructure, built cross-border engineering teams, and led compliance initiatives in transaction banking.

Prior to HSBC, he worked at IBM as service line leader. Khajotia brings deep expertise in core banking systems, payments architecture, and global liquidity platforms.
