P. Anandan is a pioneer in the fields of computer vision and artificial intelligence, with a legacy of leadership in both academia and industry. He earned degrees from IIT Madras, the University of Nebraska, and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
He helped build Microsoft Research India from the ground up and later served as vice-president at Adobe and CEO of Wadhwani AI.
Today, he advises through AI Matters Advisors and continues to influence policy, ethics, and social-good applications of AI.
