Santanu Dutt is director of technology and chief technology officer for Asia Pacific and Japan at Amazon Web Services. He plays a key role in guiding the region’s cloud technology strategies and helping companies move to the cloud.
He has over 23 years of experience building tech teams and driving innovation in areas like infrastructure, data, and automation. At AWS, he rose from solutions architect to head of technology for Southeast Asia, and now oversees technology across the region.
Before joining AWS, he worked at Red Hat and earlier held engineering roles at Accenture and MF Global. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
