Priya Nair is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Hindustan Unilever Ltd, becoming the first woman to lead the company in that capacity. She has held multiple leadership roles within Unilever over nearly three decades, spanning sales, marketing and category leadership.
Prior to becoming CEO of HUL, Nair served in global roles within Unilever, including as President of Beauty and Wellbeing, overseeing a multibillion-euro portfolio across international markets. Her earlier assignments included leading Home Care and Beauty and Personal Care businesses in India.
Nair holds a commerce degree from Sydenham College and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, along with executive education credentials from Harvard Business School. Her leadership track record reflects deep operational experience within the FMCG sector.
