Aishwarya Jaishankar, Co-founder & COO at Hyperface
Long before “embedded finance” became a buzzword, Aishwarya Jaishankar was already redesigning how Indians experience money. As Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Hyperface Technologies, she is building what she calls a unified operating system for credit cards, enabling banks to rethink everything from issuance to hyper-personalized rewards.
Founded in 2021, Hyperface operates in the emerging “credit cards as a service” space, building technology systems that allow banks to design, launch and manage card programmes with greater automation and data-driven insights.
Before starting Hyperface, she managed Digital Products and Platforms for retail banking at HSBC India, focusing on enhancing mobile banking, digital payments, and customer service journeys. Previously, at Kotak Mahindra Bank, she was a key member of the team that developed Kotak 811, one of India’s first fully digital savings accounts.
She is a member of the executive committee of the India Fintech Forum and currently chairs its Women in Fintech committee, contributing to industry dialogue around inclusion and leadership in financial services.
