Geeta Gurnani is Field Chief Technology Officer for IBM Technology in India and South Asia, where she leads technical pre-sales and client engineering teams across IBM’s core portfolio, including data, automation, hybrid cloud and infrastructure platforms. She works with enterprise clients and ecosystem partners on digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives.
With more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology, Gurnani has held leadership roles spanning engineering, partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategy. She previously led the Independent Software Vendor and Modern Work businesses at Microsoft India between 2019 and 2022, focusing on ecosystem development and enterprise growth.
Gurnani is recognized within industry forums for her advocacy of inclusive leadership in technology. She mentors emerging leaders and supports diversity initiatives, including Women@IBM, while contributing to discussions on AI and enterprise technology adoption in India.
