Mohandas Pai is a Padma Shri awardee, former CFO and Board Member of Infosys, and a co-founder of Akshaya Patra, the world’s largest school meal program. He advises governments and regulators on policy matters and has served on the boards of SEBI, the National Stock Exchange, the Manipal Group, as well as on key regulatory committees including SEBI’s Primary Markets Committee and CAFRAL of the RBI.
Pai is also the Chairman of Aarin Capital, a private equity fund investing in life sciences, technology, and education. A prolific investor in technology, he has helped launch over 14 funds across venture capital, growth, and public markets.
