Priya Agarwal Hebbar serves as Chairperson of Hindustan Zinc Ltd and as a Director on the board of Vedanta Ltd. At Hindustan Zinc, one of the world’s largest integrated zinc producers, she has overseen governance, sustainability and operational oversight initiatives.
Within Vedanta, Hebbar has been associated with environmental, social and governance strategy, investor engagement and organizational transformation efforts. She has also led social impact initiatives through the Anil Agarwal Foundation, including the Nand Ghar program focused on modernizing anganwadis in rural India.
She holds a degree in Psychology and Business Management from the University of Warwick. In addition to her corporate roles, Hebbar founded Youth Organisation in Defence of Animals (YODA) and is associated with animal welfare initiatives under The Animal Care Organization (TACO).
