Preeti Lobana stepped in as Country Manager and Vice President for Google India in 2024. In her new role, Lobana oversees Google India’s sales and operations, with a mandate to sharpen the company’s regional strategy and deepen the use of AI to drive business growth and digital adoption.
Lobana brings more than three decades of experience across technology and financial services, with a track record in business transformation, operational excellence, and customer-centric strategy. Since joining Google in 2016, she has held senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Vice President in the company’s global gTech division.
Before Google, Lobana built her leadership career across global financial institutions, including NatWest Group, American Express, Standard Chartered Bank, and ANZ Grindlays Bank. An alumna of IIM Ahmedabad, Lobana is recognised for her collaborative leadership style and ability to manage large, cross-functional teams.
