Neeti Sharma, CEO, Teamlease Digital
If India’s demographic dividend is to turn into an economic benefit, it hinges on leaders capable of connecting classrooms with corporate environments. Neeti Sharma has dedicated over thirty years to this mission. As CEO of TeamLease Digital, she manages a company that has employed over 80,000 IT professionals, aiding businesses in developing a workforce prepared for the digital age. Her experience within the TeamLease Services ecosystem covers nearly two decades and many transformations.
Sharma established and expanded the group’s learning division, collaborating with over 20 states and central ministries to implement large-scale upskilling and reskilling programmes. She played a pioneering role in launching India’s first PPP employment exchange in Karnataka and was vital in founding TeamLease Skills University, the nation’s inaugural vocational skills university.
Recognized by HolonIQ as one of the Top 200 Women Founders in EdTech, Sharma is also a co-author of Making India Employable. Her mission remains clear and consistent: to build systems that do more than just grant degrees—they aim to create livelihoods.
